a. All jeans must be laundered prior to shipment, otherwise, an additional charge of $10.00 will be applied to your estimate.
b. Upon receipt of your “blues”, DENIM HOSPITAL will send a diagnosis from the Denim Doctor with an invoice/estimate for your approval via email within 24 business hours.

d. Approval and payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of your “blues” or DENIM HOSPITAL will donate them to a local charity. DENIM HOSPITAL is not responsible for the cost of shipping your “blues” back to you if you decide not to have them repaired.
e. DENIM HOSPITAL ships via U.P.S Ground. “Blues” will be delivered within 1 to 5 business days upon repair completion, depending on location.
f. Your “blues” are shipped via U.P.S Ground with insurance up to $100.00 in case of loss or damage. Additional insurance is available for a small fee depending on the coverage amount requested. DENIM HOSPITAL will not refund the cost of your repair in the case of loss or damage in shipping.
g. Return Policy: DENIM HOSPITAL does not offer refunds for any service already rendered. We only guarantee that we will try our very best to repair your “blues” to the best that DENIM HOSPITAL possibly can. We are not responsible for disagreement or results.
i. By allowing DENIM HOSPITAL to repair your “blues”, you agree for DENIM HOSPITAL to use photos of your “blues” for social media of our choice. Your identity, of course will not be revealed.
